While feeling low on the weekend we decided to pep up our day with some popover's. I found the inspiration here. They sure were a hit in our household. They were tiny since I used our mini muffin tin, but that almost made them more fun.
We ate them with delicious blueberry butter. Oh, it all was so good and did the trick because we all felt a little more peppy in the end! :)
Yes, he enjoyed it....
...and so did she.
