Stepping into my family's tradition we don't have a tree until the children come into the christmas room on christmas eve. Where they find it all decorated and charming with presents under it, enchanting music playing and candles lit everywhere.
This year, Sophia wanted a tree earlier, as all her friends already have theirs up. So she decided to take matters into her own hands. After realizing how expensive these darling little trees are she decided to: MAKE us a tree, with decoration and all!
See for yourself. We hung it against the wall and strung some lights around it. She said that now we probably wouldn't get a real tree, since the Christkind (the angle that comes at Christmas instead of Santa) would see that we already have one. I think, we will have to see about that!!!!
All those presents, where did they all come from????? I haven't even wrapped mine yet! oh dear, or dear!!!
