garden

This afternoon I got off from work early and I chose to spend this time in our little garden. We recently switched from using the glass door to using the door in the corner of the apartment. The architecture is a little peculiar, to say the least, but we actually found that we gained more space inside the apartment this way.

I only used materials and objects we already had. Sometime it is very satisfying to me to use what I already have and then of course sometimes it is nice to buy something new!

My mom will be happy to see these pictures, as she always encouraged me to hide the bikes a little more. Now I did ;)

After watching me hammer and drill a bit, this little boy and later his sister naturally got inspired too, and so he now has a little work bench outside. I can still hear him hammer. I know at school the work bench is a favorite spot of his as well. 

Now I can smell the pizza in the oven. Frozen Pizza from Trader Joe's because one person can only do so much in two hours! ;)
