Today was our annual school beach day. Every time we come to the beach I find myself thinking "why don't I come here more often". It was cold, but the sun was shining bright and it didn't stop Sophia from jumping in the waves. This was Mateo's first experience in which he actively participated. He was really excited to have sand everywhere. He loved watching the water, but of course touching it was another story. He got really startled when the freezing cold water touched his feet once. Oh no, he did not like it, not one little bit. But it didn't stop him from wanting to follow his big sister everywhere. "W dia?"
Tomorrow we have our end of the year celebration. Our outfits are picked out, Sophia's dress is altered, we are ready to celebrate the end of a great year!
